Tour Cancellation by NorthVietnamTravel LLC: If we cancel or reschedule a tour, you will be entitled to a full refund. We will notify you promptly of any changes and offer alternative options.
Booking Errors: If an error occurs during your booking (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect payment processing), you will be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
Cancellation by the Customer: If you choose to cancel your booking, please refer to the cancellation policy below.
Non-Refundable Fees: Some fees, such as administrative or processing charges, may not be refundable.
Changes to Travel Plans: Refunds are not provided for changes made to your itinerary or travel dates once your booking has been confirmed.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:
More than 30 days before departure: You will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable administrative or processing fees.
Between 15 to 30 days before departure: You will receive a partial refund, generally 50% of the total booking amount.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of the tour departure date.
Please note that refunds are not applicable if the customer cancels for reasons outside of our control (e.g., personal emergencies, travel restrictions, or inclement weather).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after we receive your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

5. Refunds for Payment Processing Fees
Please note that payment processing fees (e.g., credit card processing fees) are typically non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or refund request.
